Make your wedding day stress-free!

Weddings are super exciting, but statistically, they are one of the most stressful days in a person's life! You're spending money, making plans, and organizing relatives. It can be a lot. However, your wedding day doesn't have to be the best day of your life and the most stressful. With these tips, it will be the best day of your life without stress!

Five actionable tips to have a smooth wedding day:

1. Wake up early.

This will be a busy day, and time can be on your side as long as you wake up early. Be sure you are the first one up in your group. Take time in the morning to relax, have some coffee or tea, and enjoy your morning.

There's nothing more stressful than rushing in the morning, and it has the potential to make or break your big day. Don't forget to eat something before you start getting ready, because you'll want to have your energy up for all the excitement!

2. Know the schedule.

I'm sure you've been over your wedding day over and over already. Knowing the schedule, 100% can help it go smoother. Have everything written down so you can focus on what needs to be done instead of worrying about if you forget something or what comes next.

Make sure all members of the wedding party have a copy of the schedule so everyone can stay on track!

3. Hire help.

Long before your wedding day, make sure you have someone that's there just to make everything easier. Your job on your wedding day is to get married, not deal with a late caterer or tipsy aunt Linda.

Hiring help is like hiring peace of mind. You've got this because they've got this.

4. Prioritize.

Know what the most important focuses are and focus on those. This may be something you'll need to hone at the moment. Always be aware of the bigger picture! You're getting married, so only deal with problems that directly relate to that. Anything else can wait.

Part of this is not letting other people create emergencies on your behalf. If it doesn't feel important to you, allow them to handle it without your input. It's your day, so be careful that you don't get pulled in too many directions. Prioritize and don't get distracted.

5. Be prepared for the unexpected.

No matter how thoroughly you plan, something will surprise you! Don't let anything ruffle your feathers. When you're prepared for the unexpected, it does not cause the world to stop spinning. Take a deep breath, call the person you've hired to handle the big stuff, and be excited, because you're getting married!

You're ready for, "I do."

Take these tips to heart, and you'll be saying, "I do" before you know it! You're going to have the best day. So, don't stress! Your wedding day will go over smoothly, and then you can get to the even more exciting part. The honeymoon!
